The LMX2594RHAT is a high-performance, wideband RF synthesizer and PLL with integrated VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator). It operates in frequency range from 10MHz to 15GHz, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications in the communications, radar, and test and measurement industries.This device features a fractional-N PLL with a 36-bit modulus, allowing for precise frequency synthesis with low phase noise and spurious performance. It also includes a high-speed 14-bit DAC for frequency tuning and control, as well as a low-noise phase detector for high loop bandwidth operation.The LMX2594RHAT offers excellent frequency resolution, fast frequency hopping capability, and is highly programmable through its SPI interface. It requires a single 3.3V power supply and is available in a compact 48-pin QFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
