MN3102 General Description

Specifically engineered for low voltage operation BBDs in the MN3200 series, the MN3102 is a high-performance CMOS clock generator and driver that delivers a two phase clock signal with low output impedance. Its integrated VGG power supply circuit is designed exclusively for MN3200 series BBDs, ensuring users can effortlessly achieve the ideal VGG voltage when paired with the same supply voltage as the BBD. Additionally, the MN3102 boasts self-oscillation capabilities, further enhancing its functionality and reliability in low voltage applications
