MIC1555YMU-TR General Description

The MIC1555YMU-TR and MIC1557 IttyBitty® CMOS RC oscillators are specialized components that offer precise timing and frequency control for a variety of electronic circuits. These devices, similar to the popular "555" timer, are designed to deliver rail-to-rail pulses with accuracy and efficiency. The MIC1555 model can be configured as an astable or monostable oscillator, allowing for customizable pulse widths and frequency modulation. On the other hand, the MIC1557 model is optimized for astable oscillator operation, featuring a chip select/reset input for power management. Both models require only a minimal number of external components, making them easy to integrate into existing designs. With a wide supply voltage range of +2.7V to +18V and a compact SOT-23-5 package, the MIC1555YMU-TR and MIC1557 are suitable for a wide range of applications in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics
