MOC3022M General Description

The MOC3022M is part of the MOC301XM and MOC302XM series, which are optically isolated triac driver devices. These components are equipped with a GaAs infrared emitting diode and a light activated silicon bilateral switch, mimicking the functionality of a triac. Specifically designed for facilitating communication between electronic controls and power triacs, the MOC3022M is ideal for regulating both resistive and inductive loads in 115 VAC operations
