NC7SZ125P5 General Description

ON Semiconductor's NC7SZ125P5 is a single bus buffer gate with three-state output that is perfect for low voltage applications. With a voltage supply range of 0.9V to 5.5V, this device is designed for energy efficiency and offers a fast propagation delay thanks to its high-speed CMOS technology. Its maximum propagation delay of 2.9ns makes it suitable for high-speed data transfer applications, and the low quiescent current of 1µA ensures minimal power usage for longer battery life.
