Transistors are original, the shutter capacity is less than 1nf, but the channel resistance is close to the rated, which is very unusual, the opening voltage of the shutter is 1.8 v, i need them for experiments before installing normal transistors and all sooner or later will be bedrooms, to work they do not need to buy, they have a very small crystal and rated power they will not stretch. It was possible to bet and win, but i imagined what and for what i buy.
