The national order came to belarus for 21 days, not the fastest delivery, but quite good. Packed well-in a tight package with a doll. Voltmeters are good. For such money of course there is an error of measurement, but for the voltage of interest (for example, 12.0 v, 5.0 v or 4.2 v) you can adjust the adjustment resistor on the back of the board. The readings can be distinguished from 2,7 v. I recommend.
