SN74LS51N General Description

The SN74LS51N is available in three different variations - the SN5451, SN54LS51, and SN54S51. Each variation is characterized for operation across different temperature ranges. The SN5451, SN54LS51, and SN54S51 are designed to operate over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. On the other hand, the SN7451, SN74LS51, and SN74S51 are characterized for operation in a temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
