TC620CEOA General Description

For precise temperature control in thermal management applications, the TC620CEOA is the ideal solution. With its on-board temperature sensor, the TC620 ensures accurate temperature measurement, while the TC621 can be used for remote sensing applications through an external NTC thermistor. These devices feature dual thermal interrupt outputs, allowing for easy programming of high and low limits with a single external resistor. The TC620 drives active outputs when the temperature equals the user-programmed limits, while the TC621 provides inverted logical states for the same functionality. Additionally, the CONTROL (hysteresis) output on both devices enables simple ON/OFF control of cooling fans or heaters. With a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the TC620/621 offer reliable and efficient temperature control for a variety of thermal management systems
