The TL431CLP integrated circuit is a highly reliable and programmable shunt regulator diode with a wide operating current range of 1.0 mA to 100 mA. With a typical dynamic impedance of 0.22 W, it is an ideal replacement for zener diodes in various applications. The 2.5 V reference of the TL431CLP makes it convenient for obtaining a stable reference from 5.0 V logic supplies, further enhancing its usability across different electronic devices
