TLC7733QPWRQ1 General Description

Apart from the standard power-on-reset and undervoltage-supervisor functions, the TLC77xx also offers power-down control support for static RAM. By connecting the CONTROL pin to GND, the RESET function can be configured as active high. This feature is particularly useful for controlling static memories with battery backup during power outages. The chip select (CS) of the memory circuit can be driven by the TLC77xx's RESET output, ensuring automatic disablement of the memory circuit when power is lost
