TLV73310PDBVR General Description

The TLV733 series of low-dropout linear regulators (LDOs) are perfect for applications requiring a small, efficient power source. With the ability to source 300 mA and excellent line and load transient performance, these LDOs provide reliable power regulation with a typical accuracy of 1%. The modern capacitor-free architecture ensures stability without the need for an input or output capacitor, allowing for a compact solution size and eliminating inrush current at startup. In cases where an output capacitor is necessary, the TLV733 series is also stable with ceramic output capacitors. The foldback current control during device power-up and enabling is particularly beneficial for battery-operated devices, enhancing the overall performance and reliability of the application. Additionally, the active pull-down circuit quickly discharges output loads when disabled, further contributing to the efficiency and safety of the system. With standard DBV (SOT-23) and DQN (X2SON) packages available, the TLV733 series offers a versatile and convenient solution for a wide range of electronic designs
