TPS51116PWPR General Description

The 3-A sink/source LDO included in the TPS51116PWPR ensures fast transient response with only 20-µF (2 × 10 µF) of ceramic output capacitance required. Furthermore, the LDO supply input can be accessed externally, significantly reducing total power losses. The device also supports all sleep state controls, allowing for VTT to be placed at high-Z in S3 (suspend to RAM) and enabling the discharge of VDDQ, VTT, and VTTREF in S4/S5 (suspend to disk)
