By utilizing state-of-the-art BiCMOS technology and a PMOS pass device, these regulators offer fast start-up times, minimal noise generation, exceptional transient response, and impressive PSRR performance. Operating smoothly with only a 1µF ceramic output capacitor, these devices maintain a striking worst-case accuracy of 3% across diverse load, line, process, and temperature variations. Designed to operate flawlessly in temperatures from -40°C to 125°C, the TPS717xx family is available in compact SOT, WSON-6, and WSON-6 packages, perfectly suited for small-scale portable devices such as smartphones and PDAs
