TPS79301DBVRQ1 General Description

The TPS79301DBVRQ1 is a member of the TPS793xx-Q1 family, a series of low-dropout linear voltage regulators known for their high power-supply rejection ratio, ultralow noise, fast start-up, and excellent line and load transient responses. With a compact SOT-23 package, each device in the family is stable with just a 2.2-µF ceramic capacitor on the output. Thanks to an advanced BiCMOS fabrication process, these regulators offer extremely low dropout voltages, such as 112 mV at 200 mA for the TPS79330-Q1. Additionally, they feature fast start-up times (approximately 50 µs with a 0.001-µF bypass capacitor) and consume minimal quiescent current (170 µA typical), with standby mode reducing supply current to less than 1 µA. Notably, the TPS79328-Q1 delivers roughly 32 µV_RMS of output voltage noise with a 0.1-µF bypass capacitor, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications like portable RF electronics that benefit from high PSRR, low noise, and fast response time
