UCC27324D General Description

The UCC27324D is a high-speed dual-MOSFET Driver specifically designed to deliver 4-A source and 4-A sink peak current, making it ideal for driving MOSFETs in the Miller Plateau Region. Its unique BiPolar and MOSFET hybrid output stage allows for efficient current sourcing and sinking even at low supply voltages. With three standard logic options available, including dual-inverting, dual-noninverting, and one of each, this driver offers versatility for various applications
