UCC27324DR General Description

The UCC27324DR is a member of the UCC2732x and UCC3732x family of high-speed dual-MOSFET Drivers. It is designed to provide 4-A source and 4-A sink peak current, making it highly effective in driving MOSFETs, especially in the Miller Plateau Region. The driver features a unique BiPolar and MOSFET hybrid output stage which enables efficient current sourcing and sinking at low supply voltages. With three standard logic options available — dual-inverting, dual-noninverting, and one-inverting and one-noninverting driver, the UCC27324DR offers versatility in its applications
