UCC37324D General Description

Featuring input thresholds based on TTL and CMOS and independent of supply voltage, the UCC37324D ensures consistent performance and excellent noise immunity. Its wide input hysteresis further enhances its noise immunity, making it suitable for demanding environments. Additionally, the UCC37324D is available in standard SOIC-8 (D) or PDIP-8 (P) packages, as well as the thermally enhanced -8pin PowerPAD MSOP package (DGN), which significantly reduces thermal resistance and improves long-term reliability

The module holds a load of 2500 ma, the above periodically triggered protection. The possible long-term load is 1000 ma, the above is noticeably heated. Pulsation level at 2500 ma-30mv. I recommend.
