VBPW34S General Description

Suitable for applications requiring a wavelength of 940nm, the VBPW34S photodiode features a gullwing package design and a half angle of 65°, providing a wide field of view for optical sensing and detection. With a dark current of 2nA, it offers minimal noise operation in low-light conditions. The photodiode also has a breakdown voltage Vbr of 60V for protection against overvoltage situations. Its maximum forward voltage VF of 1.3V and maximum reverse voltage Vr of 60V ensure efficient power consumption and reliable performance. Equipped with 2 pins, this photodiode is easy to integrate into electronic circuits. It also operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, making it suitable for use in various environmental conditions. Furthermore, the device is free from any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), complying with safety regulations
