The VN5E160MS-E is a compact yet powerful single-channel high-side driver designed specifically for driving 12 V automotive grounded loads. Featuring ST's innovative VIPower™ M0-5 technology, this device offers a range of advanced protective functions to ensure reliable operation in demanding automotive applications. With a 3 V and 5 V CMOS compatible interface, the VN5E160MS-E can easily be integrated with any microcontroller for seamless control
