8430BY-71LFT General Description

The 8430B-71 is a highly versatile dual output Crystal/LVCMOS/LVTTL-to-3.3V Differential LVPECL High Frequency Synthesizer, designed for use in a wide range of clock generation applications. Its selectable crystal oscillator interface or LVCMOS TEST_CLK offers flexibility in design, while the VCO's wide frequency range of 250MHz to 700MHz allows for precise output frequency control. The ability to divide the VCO frequency by 2, with output frequency steps as small as 2MHz, makes it suitable for applications requiring fine frequency tuning. Furthermore, the option to program output frequencies up to 700MHz using serial or parallel interfaces adds to its versatility
