FSB50450TB General Description

The FSB50450TB is a cutting-edge Motion SPM® 5 series product that utilizes fast-recovery MOSFET (FRFET®) technology to provide a compact and efficient solution for small power motor drive applications. With six FRFET MOSFETs and three half-bridge gate drive HVICs, this inverter offers optimized switching speed and low electromagnetic interference (EMI) characteristics. The use of MOSFET as a power switch not only enhances ruggedness but also expands the safe operating area (SOA) compared to IGBT-based power modules. Designed for thermal performance and compactness, the FSB50450TB is ideal for space-constrained applications, such as fans and pumps
