The GenX3™ IGBTs series, represented by the IXGH60N60C2 product, is a game-changer in the field of switching applications. With a voltage range spanning from 300V to 1200V, these IGBTs offer power designers a new level of flexibility and performance. By utilizing Punch-Through technology, these devices exhibit lower conduction losses and higher surge current capabilities compared to traditional power MOSFETs. The 300V devices are capable of switching frequencies up to 150 kHz, while the 600V models are optimized for frequencies upwards of 200 kHz. For applications requiring even higher voltage capabilities, the 1200V devices provide lower saturation voltages and switching losses
