SMBJ5949B/TR13 General Description

The SMBJ5913-5956B or SMBG5913-5956B series of surface mount Zeners is a versatile option for voltage regulation in a wide range of electronic applications. With voltage options ranging from 3.3 to 200 volts, these Zeners offer flexibility and precision in maintaining stable voltage output. The higher power rating of 2.0 watts compared to the standard 1.5 watts allows for increased reliability and performance in demanding environments
