2EDN7524R General Description

The 2EDN7524R gate driver stands out for its ability to handle low voltage TTL and 3.3V CMOS signals, with a wide voltage handling range from +20V down to -10VDC. This broad range not only protects the device from ground bouncing but also ensures reliable operation across various voltage levels. The driver features two outputs that can sink and source a 5A current, utilizing a true rail-to-rail output stage that maintains low impedances of 0.7Ω (up to the positive rail) and 0.55Ω (down to the negative rail). Additionally, the driver offers excellent channel to channel delay matching, with a typical delay of 1ns, enabling safe doubling of the current capacity to 10A through parallel operation of both channels. With industry-standard pin-outs and multiple logic input/output configurations, the 2EDN7524R provides a high level of flexibility that can significantly reduce R&D time. It is available in three package options - PG-DSO-8-pin, PG-VDSON-8-pin, and PG-TDSSO-8-pin, each offering unique benefits such as a small form-factor and improved thermal performance compared to the DSO-8 package
