DMP2123L-7 General Description

Designed for a wide range of applications, the DMP2123L-7 is a highly efficient P-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) in a small SOT-23 package. Its maximum drain-source voltage of -20V and continuous drain current of -4.3A make it ideal for use in power management and battery protection circuits. With an on-state resistance (Rds(on)) of 26mΩ at a gate-source voltage of -4.5V, it ensures minimal power dissipation and high efficiency. The transistor’s fast switching speed, total gate charge of 12nC, and gate threshold voltage of -1V further underscore its suitability for applications requiring superior performance. Furthermore, the DMP2123L-7 is RoHS compliant, has a maximum operating temperature of 150°C, and features built-in ESD protection, ensuring its reliability and resilience in various operating conditions

Delivered in 12 days. Tested and works good. Keep tuned voltage even after connected the load. Module allows to setup higher voltage than 40V, but you risk to broke filtering capacitor. Be careful with that.
