IPS1025HFTR General Description

With a very low RDS-ON of ≤ 25 mΩ, the IPS1025HFTR can handle up to 2.4 A of steady-state operating current, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The smart driving capabilities of this IC allow it to drive capacitive loads effectively, while also providing protection against overcurrent events
