ULQ2003D1013TRY General Description

Introducing the ULQ2001, ULQ2003, and ULQ2004 - high voltage, high current Darlington arrays featuring seven open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. These arrays are engineered to drive a diverse range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print-heads, and high power buffers. With each channel rated at 500 mA and a peak current withstand of 600 mA, these arrays provide robust performance for a variety of applications. Equipped with suppression diodes for inductive load driving and conveniently pinned inputs opposite the outputs, these arrays offer simplified board layout for easy integration. The ULQ2001A, ULQ2003A, and ULQ2004A are packaged in 16-pin plastic DIP packages with a copper lead-frame, designed to reduce thermal resistance. Additionally, the ULQ2003D1 and ULQ2004D1 are available in small outline packages (SO16) for space-saving requirements. For automotive applications, the ULQ2003 is offered as an Automotive Grade in an SO16 package, ensuring reliable performance in automotive environments. Qualified according to the specification AEC-Q100 of the Automotive market, these devices operate within the temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and have undergone statistical tests PAT, SYL, and SBL
