SG2803L General Description

The SG2803 series is designed for reliability and performance. With eight NPN Darlington pairs and internal suppression diodes, it can efficiently drive lamps, relays, and solenoids in various industrial, military, and aerospace applications. The product boasts high breakdown voltages (>50V) and 500mA current carrying capabilities, making it suitable for demanding environments. Five different input configurations provide optimized designs for interfacing with DTL, TTL, PMOS, or CMOS drive signals. Operating from -55°C to 125°C ambient temperature range, this product is available in a reliable ceramic (J) package or leadless chip carrier (LCC)
