With an on resistance of 0.033ohm and a threshold voltage of -2.5V, this transistor is designed for efficient power management in various electronic applications. The SOT-23 transistor case style houses the 3 pins, providing a compact and reliable solution. With a power dissipation of 1.7W and an operating temperature range of up to 150°C, this MOSFET can withstand harsh environmental conditions. This product does not contain any SVHC substances and meets the MSL 1 - Unlimited standard
