ULN2068B General Description

The ULN2068B is a highly specialized IC designed to interface logic with high-current, high-voltage loads. This versatile device contains four NPN Darlington switches, capable of delivering up to 1.5 A of current and boasting a specified minimum breakdown voltage of 50 V. Additionally, the IC features an integral suppression diode for inductive load applications, as well as isolated Darlington pinouts, making it suitable for emitter follower configurations
