JFE150DCKR General Description

The JFE150DCKR is a cutting-edge discrete JFET from Texas Instruments, designed to provide unrivaled performance in terms of noise-to-power efficiency and flexibility. Utilizing the latest analog bipolar process, this JFET offers a quiescent current that can be set by the user, allowing for excellent noise performance across a wide range of currents. At 5 mA bias, the JFE150 boasts an impressively low input-referred noise of 0.8 nV/√ Hz, coupled with an extremely high input impedance exceeding 1 TΩ. Additionally, integrated diodes connected to separate clamp nodes offer added protection without the need for external diodes with high leakage. With a high drain-to-source voltage tolerance of 40 V and the ability to withstand gate-to-source and gate-to-drain voltages down to -40 V, the JFE150 is well-equipped to handle demanding operating conditions. This JFET is designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and is available in compact 5-pin SOT-23 and SC70 packages
