The TIP121G is an NPN transistor designed for applications with a collector-emitter voltage (V(BR)CEO) of 80V and a DC collector current of 5A. Its power dissipation (PD) rating of 65W makes it suitable for high-power electronic circuits, and its through-hole mounting allows for easy installation. With 3 pins for connection and RoHS compliance, the TIP121G meets modern environmental regulations. Additionally, it features a high DC current gain (HFE) of 1000HFE, providing consistent and reliable amplification for various circuit designs
