ULQ2803A General Description

The ULQ2803A is a versatile Darlington transistor array designed for a variety of applications requiring high current drive capabilities. With eight Darlington transistors in a single package, this product offers peak load current ratings of 600 mA (500 mA continuous) and can handle up to 50 V in the off state.
